One of the worst experiences compared to what you’d expect from healthcare providers in Dubai. They don’t have a concept of appointment. They give you one but there is absolutely no guarantee you won’t spend hours waiting. People are being let to see the consultants without appointments. Reasons: follow-ups. Just asking a question. And one by one you end up waiting and waiting. I only wanted to take my kids there because I highly value Dr. Afsharian but the overall experience made me regret that. If you value your time and have expectations of the meaning of “appointment”, go somewhere else.
