I appreciate the rigor that King’s applies to medical investigation and holistic patient care. My one complaint as an international client is that the portal has been down for quite some time, and the King’s Hub is only available to UAE registered numbers. In the absence of this, I’ve had to rely on the Medical Tourism agents to manage my appointments and interface with King’s, and Hounaida in that department has been an excellent liason for me.
