We are looking for an experienced Patient Advisor in Egypt to join our Patient Advisory Team and support patients who submit inquiry forms, understand their needs and medical context, and guide them clearly and compassionately through their treatment journey. This is a non‑clinical, patient‑facing role focused on communication, guidance, and consultative support; all medical advice and treatment decisions are made exclusively by licensed healthcare professionals.
Contact patients who have submitted inquiry forms (inbound leads).
Consult with patients to understand their concerns, medical context, and treatment preferences in a sensitive, respectful way.
Collect, verify, and document patient‑provided information accurately.
Connect patients with the appropriate healthcare provider or facilitator partners within Nova Voya’s network.
Explain the coordination, booking, and next‑step process in simple, clear terms to patients and, when appropriate, their families.
Answer non‑clinical questions in a professional, empathetic, and reassuring manner.
Follow up with patients and support conversion from inquiry to active treatment cases.
Coordinate with internal teams, partner facilitators and healthcare providers when needed to ensure a smooth patient journey.
Maintain accurate call notes and patient records in the CRM or internal systems.
2+ years of experience working with patients or clients in a healthcare or medical setting (e.g., clinic, hospital, medical center, lab, medical tourism, or patient coordination).
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) and native‑level Arabic (mandatory).
Strong clinical understanding or prior exposure to clinical environments (e.g., experience as doctor, nurse, physiotherapist, or allied healthcare professional is a plus, but the role itself is non‑clinical).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear, patient‑first mindset.
Comfortable communicating via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable in follow‑ups and documentation.
Ability to work part‑time with flexible hours.
Experience in medical tourism, international patient services, or healthcare coordination.
Experience in patient counselling, patient consulting, or front‑office/intake roles.
Background in consultative sales or guiding patients through decision‑making.
Familiarity with CRM systems or digital patient intake tools.
Base salary (part‑time / hourly).
Commission‑based incentives tied to successful patient conversions and active cases.
Clear and transparent commission structure, aligned with performance and outcomes.
Flexible, part‑time work arrangement.
Base salary plus attractive commission upside.
Opportunity to work with an international healthcare startup.
Meaningful patient‑facing work with real impact on people’s care journeys.
Potential growth into a full‑time role as the company scales.
Important Note: This role does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All medical decisions are made by licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable regulations and clinical standards.
