Dr. Sherif Mohamed Mosaad Kamel is a Consultant Pediatrician and Neonatologist with over 33 years of experience in pediatric and neonatal medicine. 

He completed his MBBCh at Cairo University, Egypt, followed by a Master's Degree in Pediatrics and an MD in Pediatrics and Neonatal Medicine from Cairo University. His career began in large teaching hospitals including Matarya Teaching Hospital, a tertiary referral center, and he subsequently worked in the UAE Ministry of Health for 18 years at Saqr Hospital in RAK, as well as at Amina Hospital in Ajman where he served as Head of the Pediatric Department.

 Dr. Sherif specializes in neonatal resuscitation with expertise in intubation and ventilation, umbilical vessel catheterization, exchange transfusion, lumbar puncture, and chest tube insertion. His clinical interests also encompass infectious diseases, allergies and immunology, childhood development and behavioral disorders, gastroenterology and nutrition, endocrinology, and neurology in pediatric patients. 

He is a Professor of Pediatrics, former President of the Pediatrics Society in the Emirates Medical Association, and has completed an instructor course in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Dr. Sherif has received recognition including an award as one of the best employees in Federal UAE in 2013 from H.H. Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and a Certificate of Appreciation from the American and International Academy of Pediatrics (AAP, IAP) and the Ministry of Presidential Affairs UAE in 2015. He is currently President of the Pediadubai International Pediatric Conference.
